Q2, LLC is a fast growing, highly successful supplier of compatible and OEM toners, drums and parts for copier, printer and multifunction imaging machines. Q2 blends hands-on experience with state-of-the-art, earth-friendly products to be a true partner with their independent dealers. Q2 was founded in 2007, with the goal of helping dealers maximize their profitability by providing quality parts and supplies in a customer focused, cost effective, user friendly and professional manner. Q2’s management team, which includes Neal Becker, Jane O'Brien and Joe Steinberg, has extensive and successful experience working with service organizations throughout the office imaging machines industry.
Neal Becker has worked in the office imaging equipment industry for more than 40 years. He started as a copier technician for an independent office equipment dealer in Denver, Colorado in 1970. He left his position as service manager for one of the largest copier dealerships in the US to become the first sales representative for Katun Corporation. During his time there he served the company in many positions, primarily in Sales and Marketing, including Vice President of Sales for the North American Business Unit. Neal recruited and trained an extremely effective sales organization and was recognized by a major market research firm as having "the most respected sales organization in the industry." Neal is responsible for Q2's Sales and Marketing groups. In the past 10 years he developed a successful and growing sales team and established Q2 as a BTA member.


Jane O'Brien started in the office imaging industry in 1988 as a Sales Representative for Conway Office Products in New Hampshire. She started at Katun Corporation in sales and her success was evidenced by winning attendance to President's Club every year during her Sales tenure. She managed Customer Service for North and South America and directed several subsidiaries. Jane was responsible for the launch of the first on-line catalog and the worldwide Sales Training program. She ultimately was the Vice President of Operations for North America. Jane is responsible for Q2's Operations group. In the last 10 years she has guided Q2 Operations through three warehouse expansions, established Q2 as e-Automate PO Processor integrated and continues to manage Q2’s top notch Customer Service department.


Joe Steinberg has spent most of his career in the office imaging industry working with manufacturers on many different products and product technologies. Joe strengthened his technical skills while serving in the United States Marine Corps where he was recognized as the Second Marine Air Wing's Helicopter Air Crewman of the Year. After his time in the Marine Corps, Joe earned a degree in business before joining the industry as a new product development manager. As the industry expanded and Joe's product development responsibilities grew, he oversaw corporate manufacturing, Asian operations, and new business development for his previous employer. Joe is a frequent traveler to Asia and maintains many contacts there, helping him to stay abreast of changes in manufacturing and product technologies, while pursuing new opportunities for Q2 and its customers.
